| 摘 要： | 通过对黄土高原地区桧柏育苗方法的探讨,研究出了一套桧柏插扦快速育苗技术。具体方法是:在10～11月以1～2年生有2～3级分枝并带顶芽的枝条为插条,用200～500mg/L的IBA溶液浸泡4～12h后,扦插于双层塑料拱棚中,第二年4～5月开始生根,生根率为92.5～94.5%,单株生根数为2.3～3.0,每株发出侧根3.4～4.8条。

| Abstract: | The methods of the cutting seedling of cedar in yellow soil Plateau area are:the quickset,which is one or two years old branch,with two or three twigs are cut in greenhouse after marinating in 200-500mg/L IBA from four to twelve hours.We found the quickset starts to root in April or May the next year,and the rate of radication is 92.5-94.5%,the number of root is 2.3-3.0 for each quickset,and the side root is 3.4-3.8. |
