| 摘 要： | 构建大学生职业素质教育有效机制,要落实以人为本的育人机制,建立教与学、教师与学生双向互动机制,深化第一课堂和第二课堂相互借重机制,完善德、智、体、美、劳并重的评价机制,强化社团活动、干部锻练、社交礼仪、社会实践齐头并进的实践机制。

| Abstract: | In order to construct the effective mechanism of vocational quality for college students,we should have people oriented teaching mechanism,construct the both-way interactive mechanism of teaching-learning and teacher-student,deepen the supplement mechanism of first and second class,integrate the assessment mechanism of the balance of morality,wisdom,physical education,art and labour,intensify the head practice mechanism of corporation word,practice of cadre,social poise and grace social practice. |
