| 摘 要： | 本文认为包括管理哲学在内的部门哲学研究，应充分遵循哲学本性展开。通过发挥哲学的认识论功能，揭示管理科学演化的内在逻辑；通过运用哲学的“反思”功能，概括出不同阶段管理思想的根本管理观；通过运用哲学的预测功能，对管理学的未来发展趋向提出前瞻性展望。

| Abstract: | Abstract: This paper thinks that studies of different field of philosophy, including the management philosophy, should be carried out fully on the basis of philosophy nature. Through giving play to the function of philosophical epistemology.the paper delineates the inherent logic in the evolution of management science. By making use of the reflective function of philosophy, the paper summarizes the fundamental management view of management thoughts in each different historic stage. While applying the prediction function of philosophy,the paper puts forward the perspective prospect for the future developing trend of management science. |
