摘    要:信息化进程的加快使得社会的职业结构和劳动力的就业状况正在发生迅速的变化。由于体制转变和信息化的 作用造成的我国农业的跨越式发展将会使农村释放出大量的过剩劳动力。信息化使第二产业和第三产业吸纳劳动力的能力 越来越低。为增加社会容纳劳动力的能力,我国应大力发展第三部门。

Abstract:A rapid change in the structure of employment in China is being promoted by the acceleration of the informatization process. The " stride - over" development of agriculture in China due to institutional changes and informatization will lead to the release of a great amount of surplus labors from rural areas. On the other hand the capacity of the industrial and service sectors in absorbing surplus labors is becoming lower. It is proposed that China should give free reins to the development of the " third sector" , so that the labor force transferred from rural to urban areas can be adapted to the needs of the industrial and service sectors for hi - tech professionals. In this way the capacity of absorbing labor force is hoped to be increased.
