关于台湾"对外政策"调整的几点看法

马英九就职以来,在"对外政策"方面结束前任极力推行的"台独外交",推行"活路外交".这一政策调整,既是响应两岸关系和平发展的结果、对两岸关系和平发展产生一定的积极意义,也有扩大台湾"国际空间"的意图.为了推动两岸关系和平发展,增进中华民族整体利益,避免两岸在"涉外"事务中不必要的内耗,就要妥善处理台湾"涉外"事务问题.对于台湾参与国际组织活动问题,在不造成"两个中国"、"一中一台"的前提下,可以通过两岸务实协商作出合情合理安排.
