| Abstract: | Through discussion on Deng Xiaoping's education developing theory, the paper probes the close relationship between education and science and technology, science and technology and economy, and education and economy. It also analyzes the direct effect produced by science and technology in economic construction, and defines the responsibility that local colleges should take for the development of the local economy. |
