| 摘 要： | 通过正丁醇萃取、大孔吸附树脂柱和薄层层析等分离手段,采用双波长薄层扫描法测定添精补血化瘀方中人参皂甙Ｒｅ的含量,结果表明：该法较灵敏,重现性好,回收率为１００２％,ＲＳＤ为０２６％。
