西部开发进程中的人口问题

西部开发不能忽视西部人口问题,特别是西部少数民族人口问题,是关系西部大开发成效和成败的一个重要问题。本文认为,在西部开发进程中必须适时地解决好:西部人口发展与资源、环境相协调的问题;西部人口承载量问题;与西部开发进程相适应的人力资源的开发与配置问题。西部发展最终还得依靠西部人自身的发展。
