The management is a specialfunction in the human society.So long as there exists the mutual relations and influences between one person and the othe person,the person and the society,the person and nature,the management is necessary.With the development of society,the managements have changed a lot and they can be found everywhere from the experienced one to the scientific one,from the invisible one to the visible one,from the economic one to the political one,military one,the scientific and technical one,the educational one and so on,have kept with the times and played an irrrplaceable role in the harmonious development of human society.In the ancient times of China,seeking a harmony was one of the most beautiful Realms and goals in the managemnet.The managers at that time tried to realize a kind of harmonious management through creating the harmonious relations between persons and between the person and the society.Today,while we are actively construcing our harmonious country and the harmonious world,what we need more is to understand the harmony in the management deeply and to make great efforts to fulfil a harmonious management.
