人际关系良性互动的制度构想

如何调节好人际关系 ,促进其良性互动 ,是一项重要的社会系统工程。文章认为 ,应当从三个方面着手 :一是从“关系至上”转换到“效率优先” ,完善市场经济制度 ;二是从“为民作主”转换到“以民为主” ,完善民主政治制度 ;三是从“人际信任”转换到“契约信任” ,重建现代伦理制度。

Thinking on System of Benign Mutual Stimulation of Personal Relationship

It is an important project of society system to advance personal relationship and promote benign mutual stimulation. It is pointed out in this paper that one should launch on this problem from three aspects as follows. Firstly, system of paramount relationship should be changed into an efficient-priority system and market economy regulations should be consummated. Secondly, we should consummate the policy of democracy and change the conception of "for the people"into that of "by the people". Finally, modern ethical rules should be substituted by " rules of contractual faith".
