| 摘 要： | 教学评估理念是教学评估行动的思想先导,为教学评估实践指引方向.高校发展性教学评估 是一种现代教学评估形式,代表着未来的发展方向.它的基本理念主要有以学生发展为本的理念、重在 "增值"与提升的理念和着眼于和谐统一的理念.这三个理念顺应了教学评估理论的发展趋势,是适应 我国高等教育发展的现实需要,并对教学评估实践提出了明确要求.
