| 摘 要： | 长期以来,行政人被淹没在行政人的效率之下,构建和谐社会对行政人提出了更高的要求,除了高效率的工作之外,其价值取向走进了人们的视野.文章通过对单纯效率追求的反思,指出和谐社会中行政人价值取向的必要性及其内容,并根据我国国情去构建它.

| Abstract: | For a long time,administrator was submerged by administrator efficiency.To construct a harmonious society puts higher requirement for administrator,besides efficient work,the basic value orientation catch person's eyes.Through reflection on mere pursuit of efficiency,this article indicates the necessity of administrator's value orientation and its content in a harmonious society,then to construct it on the basis of the situation of our country. |
