肉及肉制品中复合磷酸盐检测方法的研究及改进

摘    要:通过对不同种类的肉及肉制品中磷酸盐的分析研究,对钼蓝分光光度法测定食品中复合磷酸盐进行改进。方法采用钼蓝比色法与GB/T5009.87—2003钼蓝分光光度法测定食品中复合磷酸盐的方法进行比对。改进后,其标准系列线性良好,相关系数r=0.9998,回归方程C=0.02124A-0.004333,该法简化了操作过程,显色明显,得到了较好的精密度和准确度。
