基于动态面板的地方政府支出对居民消费的挤出效应分析

以线性有效消费函数为基础,构造一个政府支出与居民消费的跨期替代理论模型,并利用1998-2005年的地方相关数据,建立动态面板模型对政府支出和居民消费的关系进行了实证分析。结论表明,经济建设支出和行政支出挤出了居民消费;社会文教支出挤入了居民消费。

An Empirical analysis on the Effect of Government Spenditure in Private Consumption Based on Dynamic Panel Data

By setting up an intratemporal substitution model of private consumption,an empirical analysis was take on about the relation between government expenditure and private consumption in China by using dynamic panel data model.The Empirical result shows that the expenditure on economic construction and the administrative expenditure have crowded out the private consumption,the educational development also plays a role in it.
