| 摘 要： | 本文通过对杨学功<传统本体论哲学的终结和马克思哲学变革的实质>一文的基本观点和概念的质疑,阐明马克思哲学与本体论之间并不是一种截然"断裂"的关系,而是一种与时俱进的关系;"传统本体论"(或曰"本体论")不会因为某些学者的"拒斥"而将本体论问题自动"终结",相反,在现代,人们仍然需要本体论.进一步研究马克思哲学变革的实质和意义,并在此基础上构建体现时代精神和适合时代需要的现代本体论,将是哲学界今后的一个重大课题.

| Abstract: | This thesis disagrees with Yan Xuegong's views, thinking that Marxist philosophy and ontology keep abreast of times. Now, people still need ontology. A further study on the essence and significance of Marxist philosophy will be a big question for study because ontology that gears to the spirit and demands of times will be established on basis of it. |
