| 摘 要： | 兵团农业现代化水平显著高于全国平均水平,分析表明兵团行政组织动员、农业生产现场会、"科技之冬"农业生产经营培训等高效的组织动员方式,是推动兵团农业现代化进程的关键因素,而为这些组织动员方式提供制度保障的,是具有兵团特色的统分结合双层经营体制、多重承包链下的激励约束机制以及双重合约的利益联结机制。
