| 摘 要： | 国际能源合作开发争端涉及的主体众多，选择的方式广泛，适用的法律多样。《能源宪章条约》规定的有关争端解决机制同样适用于能源的合作开发领域，另外，美国晚近发展的替代性争端解决机制（ADR）也为能源合作开发的争端解决开辟了新的道路。

| Abstract: | International energy disputes involve many subjects, the methods of settlement are of great variety and the laws can be applied are flexible. The dispute settlement mechanism of The Energy Charter Treaty is also available for the energy cooperative development field. In addition, the Alternative dispute resolution （ADR） provides a new approach for it. |
