| Abstract: | Han Fei,a political thinker of the beginning of Qing Dynasty,was noted for his criticism on the ethics that based on the relationship of patriarchal clan system,and for his assertion of law. The author thought that benefits was not only Han Fei's logical view of point but also was value standard of his political system.Benefits,power and reputation were the key points of Han Fei's thought;Law,means and authority were the major forms of his expressions. |
