我国女职工特殊权益保护制度研究

摘    要:女职工特殊保护,是指国家根据女职工身体结构和生理机能的特点以及抚育子女的需要,在劳动方面对其特殊权益的法律保障。我国女职工特殊权益保护还存在着执法不严、监察不力、内容滞后、无法可依、维权成本太高等方面的问题。应该树立科学的立法观,完善女职工特殊权益的各项制度,加强女职工特殊权益保护与自我保护意识的培养,强化对损害女职工特殊权益违法行为的刑事制裁,使女职工特殊权益保护向着社会化的方向发展。

Abstract:The special protection for China's women workers refers to the legal protection of their special rights according to their physiological features and the needs for their children.At present,there are such weaknesses as weak enforcement and supervision,inadequate protection and high costs.Thus,we should have better laws and systems for protecting their rights and arouse their sense of protection and implement the legal means for punishing illegal actions,which will help this protection go on healthily.
