| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员非权力影响力对学生全面发展具有深远影响,对学生工作的扎实开展具有重要意义。针对辅导员运用非权力影响力存在的诸多问题,如理论素养缺乏、职业道德滑坡、工作态度生硬、人格魅力不足等,从四个纬度探析辅导员非权力影响力的运用策略,即以深厚的理论功底引领学生,以浓重的人格魅力吸引学生,以积极的真心关爱感动学生,以高超的语言技巧说服学生。

| Abstract: | Power-free influences exerted by college ideological counselors play an important part in students' all-round development and the smooth going of student-related work.However,some of the counselors are not well developed in personal and professional virtues,rigid in working attitude and thus lacking in individual charms.The strategies for them to exert power-free influences are proposed in respect: they should guide the students by their thorough understanding of virtues,attract their attention by personal charm,move them by true love and care,and persuade them by eloquence when they have problems. |
