| 摘 要： | 随着我国住房改革的进一步深入和人民生活水平不断提高,人们对经济适用住宅的要求也发生了质的变化,更多地讲求住宅的户外环境、住宅的经济适用性和功能的合理性,这就要求设计者和开发商从规划、环境到住宅本身等各个方面的设计都更趋完善。

| Abstract: | With the housing reform going further into action and people's living standard being raised constantly , a radical change for the demand of housing in high quality takes place. The apartment buyers pay more attention to the outdoor environment of the residential quarters, and the economic applicability and the function's rationality of the dwelling house. Thus the apartment building designer and the housing dealer are required to create more perfect design in every aspect from the initial program, environment to the apartment itself. |
