基于博弈论中小企业银行融资困境的原因及策略研究——以江苏省泰州市中小企业为例

中小企业的发展是一个国家经济发展的不懈动力，也是国家经济是否有活力的关键因素，但长期以来，我国中小企业在融资方面屡遇困境。在此背景下，以博弈论的全新视角研究江苏省泰州市中小企业银行融资难的问题，利用完全信息动态博弈模型就银行资本与中小企业的融资难问题进行动态分析，运用复制动态方程做出协调均衡的相位图，得出该地区解决融资难的最优解，并从目标层、基础层、操作层等层面提出金融制度创新的建议与意见。

The Cause and Strategy of Bank Financing Difficulties of SMEs Based on the Game Theory-- A case stydy on the small and medium enterprises of Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province

The growth of the small and medium enterprise （SME） is not only an unremitting power of national economic development, but also the key factor in the national economic vitality. For a long time, China＇s small and medium enterprises have been faced with financing troubles time and again. Accordingly, the paper expounds the bank financing difficulties of SMEs of Taizhou, Jiangsu Prov- ince in a brand-new perspective of game theory, analyzes dynamically the problems in bank capital and SME financing by the use of a complete information dynamic game model, and then obtains an optimal solution to the financing difficulties in this area with a coordinated equilibrium phase diagram made by the replicated dynamics equation. As a result, the suggestions and comments on the innovation of financing system are put forward from the perspectives of target, ground and operation.
