| 摘 要： | 抗战时期陕甘宁边区政府制订了一系列优待抗日军人家属和抗日工作人员家属的政策。其优属工作的具体措施主要有物质优待、劳动力补偿、帮助建立家务等。优属工作的有效开展改善了＂抗属＂和＂抗工属＂的生活,保证了兵源补给和军队战斗力,密切了军民关系,开创了战时拥军优属工作的新局面。

| Abstract: | The government of the Shan-Gan-Ning border areas formulated a series of preferential policies of giving preferential treatment to the anti-Japanese military and staff families. Material benefits, labor compensation and the establishment of housework were specific measures taken by Shan-Gan-Ning Anti-Japanese Base. The standard of living of the Anti-Japanese Military and Staff Families was improved. Manpower supply and combat effectiveness were guaranteed. The new situation of the wartime preferential treatment for families of servicemen and martyrs work was created. All of these had been based on the effective conduct of giving preferential treatment to the anti-Japanese military and staff families. |
