| 摘 要： | 社会需求是大学教育的源动力,但目前大学教育并没有完全适应社会需求,学生在完成学业之余,还背负了巨大的就业压力。在调查、分析的基础上,提出面向社会需求的教育模型。以工程专业中的测控技术与仪器专业为例,通过核心课程的教学改革,解决学生博而不精、动手能力不足的问题,提高其适应社会工作的能力。

| Abstract: | Social needs are the source of college education.But now college education doesn’t meet the needs of society.Students endure a lot of pressure of employment.The paper proposes a mode of education based on social needs.It gives an example of a course named Virtual Instruments.It gets some ideas of curriculum reform.Through practice,it helps students improve their efficiency. |
