| 摘 要： | 西部地区农村剩余劳动力的合理转移与西部农业的可持续发展存在着密切的关系,剩余劳动力的合理转移是农业可持续发展的内在要求,有利于调整西部地区农业产业结构。本文着力分析了西部地区生态环境与农村剩余劳动力状况,并提出了基于西部地区农业可持续发展的农村剩余劳动力转移思路和对策。

| Abstract: | There is intimate relationship between the sensible change of surplus farm labors and sustainable development of agriculture in West China.The sensible change of surplus farm labors is the inherent needs of the sustainable development of agriculture,which can beneficially regulate the industrial structure of agriculture in the western areas of China.This paper analyzes the conditions of the ecological environment and the surplus farm labors in the western China,and also brings up the countermeasures on the surplus farm labors of sustainable development of agriculture in West China. |
