| 摘 要： | 《中国物权法草案建议搞》关于遗失物拾得制度中 ,对遗失物拾得人的权利与义务作了详尽的规定 ,其权利有 :费用补偿请求权、报酬请求权、留置权、取得权等 ;其义务有 :通知义务、报告义务、保管义务、返还义务等。这里对拾得人的权利与义务作出分析 ,同时指出其不完善之处
