技术传播与文化整合

技术转移与传播是技术哲学研究的一项重要内容 ,有关技术的转移与传播的研究可以从社会学、经济学、政治学的角度分别论述。从社会文化的层面阐述了技术的产生、形成、发展以及在地域之间转移与扩散时社会文化对于技术的整合 ,指出不同的文化形态、文化观念、文化主体以及文化圈层对于技术实现与社会融合时所表现的不同功能。通过系统地分析社会文化对技术的整合 ,深刻揭示了技术传播中文化因素影响的重要性。文化因素是社会学研究中的重要内容 ,从哲学的角度阐发社会文化与技术传播的关系 ,具有重要的理论与现实意义。

Technology Diffusion and Its Integration with Culture

Technology transfer and diffusion are the important integral part of philosophy of technology, on which the study can be explored from different perspectives, such as sociology, economics or politics. Based on social culture, the integration of social culture with technology is discussed in view of its initiation, formation and development especially its transfer and diffusion among different regions. It is revealed that functions of different cultural forms, concepts, subjects and circles are not the same for the integration of technology with society. A systematic analysis made to the integrating function of different cultures with technology elucidates deeply the importance of the influence of culture in the process of technology diffusion. Cultural factors are so important in sociology study that the elucidation of the relation between social culture and technology diffusion from the angle of philosophy is of both theoretic and realistic significance.
