| Abstract: | Planning & Scheduling is the central part of production management in Iron & Steel enterprises, which op- timizes logistics and save the cost. In the phase of planning, there are many modules, such as, Plate Combination, Materi- al Management and Production Planning. The Gantt chart of liquid metal, continuous casting and rolling will be arranged in the scheduling phase. |
