基于SWOT分析法的研究生兼职辅导员队伍建设的研究

在现实中，高校经常面临着专职辅导员需求缺口较大的问题。选拔在读研究生承担一部分辅导员工作就成了解决人员短缺的途径之一。但研究生在担任兼职辅导员时。在诸多方面存在着不足，不可避免地面临着许多问题。运用SWOT分析法对研究生兼职辅导员队伍现状进行分析并提出相应建议和对策。

In reality, we are often faced with full-time counselors in colleges and universities demand gap bigger problems. A graduate student in the current situation, the selection as a part-time instructor becomes the main way to resolve the administrative team personnel shortage, but the graduate student part-time instructors in bear the counselor work exist in many aspects, they are in a position inevitably faced with many problems. This paper uses SWOT analysis of the current situation of graduate student part-time instructors, and put forward the corresponding suggestions.
