| 摘 要： | 通过主成分面板方法，进行2003—2013年中国省域城质量面板测度。结果表明:中国省域城镇化质量纵向稳步提升，横向梯度效应由东向西递减。通过空间面板分析表明:中国省域城镇化质量存在明显的空间效应，且存在绝对β收敛和条件β收敛。提升中国新型城镇化质量并趋近区域收敛，还需采取均衡化的发展策略。

| Abstract: | By the method of panel principal component,the paper measured the China''s provincial newly urbanization quality from 2003 to 2013. The results show that the China''s provincial newly urbanization longitudinal quality improved steadily,while the horizontal direction gradient effect decreased from the east to west. Through spatial panel analysis,there is obvious spatial effect in the China''s provincial newly urbanization quality. and the absolute beta convergence and conditional beta convergence exist. To improve the China''s provincial newly urbanization quality and regional convergence,the equalization development strategy needed. |
