| 摘 要： | 针对目前企业家人力资本难以准确计量的问题，首先对人力资本及企业家人力资本进行了概述；其次分析了我国现有的三种企业家人力资本模型的缺陷；最后着重对企业家人力资本形成因子及途径作了分析与论述，以期对企业家人力资本问题的解决提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Centering on the problem that the human capital of enterpriser is hard to be measured at present,this paper summarizes the human capital and human capital of enterpriser.Then,it analyzes the defects of three kinds of human capital model of enterpriser,and discusses the formation factor and approach for human capital of enterpriser.The paper hopes to provide some suggestions for solving the problem of human capital of enterpriser. |
