| 摘 要： | 职业自我效能感是自我效能感理论在职业领域的具体应用,指个体对自己能否胜任和职业有关的任务或活动所具有的信念。在这篇论文中介绍了自我效能感、职业自我效能感及其信息来源,系统地分析了职业自我效能感对大学生就业求职的影响和提高途径。还对职业自我效能感理论在经管类课程教学中的应用提出了一系列构想。

| Abstract: | The career self-efficiency is application the self-efficiency theory in the career field,meaning the confidence that one has in fulfilling all tasks and activities connected with one's career.The thesis introduced self-efficiency,the occupation self-efficiency and its information source,analyzes the impact on the college students applying for jobs and improving ways systemically.It also brings forward a series of conceptions on the application of the career self-efficiency theory in Economic & Management courses teaching. |
