| 摘 要： | 社会转型时期是法律创新最活跃的时期，历史上，许多重要的法律观念、法律原则、法律概念和法律规范都是在社会转型时期创造的。我国社会转型的目标是建设中国特色的社会主义国家，建立自由、平等、幸福、安全的社会，通过法律创新，能够加快实现这一目标的进程。

| Abstract: | The period of social transformation is the most active period of the law innovation.In history,many important law senses,law principles,law concepts and law standards are all created in the period of social transformation.The aim of the social transformation of our country is to build successfully a socialist country with our Chinese characteristics,and establish a free,equal,happy and safe society,we can quicken the tempo of realizing the aim in our country by way of law innovation. |
