| 摘 要： | 融通仓是用资金流盘活物流，或用物流拉动资金流，并使参与的物流、生产、中介和金融机构等供应链相关的企业可以通过融通仓模式实现多方共赢，因此，备受业界的关注。但融通仓因参与主体的多元化，其运营本身又存在固有的风险。针对融通仓运营风险具有复杂性、主观性和未确知性的特点，本文引入未确知有理数和模糊数学理论建立融通仓风险预警模型，该模型首先采用未确知理论求得风险发生的概率，然后用模糊数学方法求得风险发生的损失后果，最后通过风险效用函数求得系统风险。并通过实例对该模型进行了验证分析，为物流企业实施融通仓业务提供风险管理的量化方法和对策。
