| 摘 要： | 反思我国的思想政治工作状况,作者认为,思想政治教育出现"疲软"和"滑坡"现象的主要原因在于:思想政治工作的"服务、保证"作用与"生命线"的作用相背离;尊重人、理解人、关心人与教育人、塑造人、改造人相脱节;层次性与先进性相割裂;"务实"与"务虚"相脱钩.并以"三个代表"为指针提出了提高思想政治工作战斗力的若干对策.

| Abstract: | A reflection upon ideological and political work shows that the reason why it is not effective is the function of "service and guarantee" in the work is divorced from that of "lifeblood", esteem, understanding, thoughtfulness from education, cultivation and transformation, sequence from advancement, concrete matters from principles. This paper also puts forward the countermeasures against it. |
