试析劳动者受教育程度与经济增长的相关性

文章以经济增长理论为基础,以部分经济发达省市经济增长的数据为依据,分析了经济增长模型中人的重要因素,推论出"专业性人才投身经济建设可以增长人均国内生产总值(GDP)、引进高层次人才可以提升地区发展的综合实力"的科学道理,论述了教育发展与经济增长相互促进的协调关系,倡导各地应建立健全以方便受教育,尤其是受高等教育的劳动者快速进入经济建设的人才市场运作体制。

The Study on the Relationship of The Labourers' Educated Level and Economic Growth

The paper is based on economic growth theory and makes an analysis on the factors of human resources in economic mood,according to the data from a few developed provinces.We deduct that "the specilized labourers in economic field can improve GDP and the well educated people introduced from elsewhere can rise up synthesized strength of local area".We also discuss that the growth of education and economy can improve each other and we propose that the educated people should be pushed out to the human resources market in economic construction.
