| 摘 要： | 毕业生在择业过程中难免会遇到挫折和冲突,产生困惑,有的甚至导致心理障碍.这些心理障碍的产生,严重影响毕业生的择业与就业.这就要求教育工作者在平时的生活、学习中,通过心理健康教育和心理咨询等形式促进学生心理健康的发展,使其在择业过程中做好心理调适工作,为其顺利就业奠定良好的基础.

| Abstract: | College graduates will unavoidably meet with setbacks and conflicts in job-seeking, which may cause perplexity or even psychological defects. Those defects greatly affect their job-selecting and employment. For this , educational workers should promote the healthy development of students mentalities of psychological health education and psychological counseling in everyday life and study. Thus,college students can achieve psychological adjustment and have a good foundation for successful employment. |
