加强高校基层团组织建设的几点思考

在当前社会发展的新形势下，作为思想阵地的基层团组织建设是高校工作的重点。针对目前基层团组织在建设中存在的主要问题，笔者认为，基层团组织急需走出一条“结合”的道路、“贴近”的道路，让基层团组织和现实相结合、和社会相结合。贴近团员的切身利益，走进团员心灵，从而使基层团组织焕发活力、生命力，历久弥新。
