| 摘 要： | 瑶族是历史悠久、文化丰富的居住在我国南方的民族。本文通过对广西金秀瑶族自治县六巷瑶族村规民约的分析，指出受到瑶族固有习惯法影响的六巷瑶族村规民约与国家制定法基本一致，瑶族村规民约与国家制定法也存在冲突和矛盾方面，需要加强瑶族村规民约与国家制定法的协调。

| Abstract: | Yao nationality,residing in southern China,is a nationality with long history and brilliant culture.The article,by observing the village regulations and non-governmental agreements of Yao people living in Liuxiang Town,Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,finds out that Yao nationality's village regulations and non-governmental agreements,which are greatly affected by its indigenous customary law,are mostly in common with state statutes.However,there are contradictions and conflicts between them.We must coordinate Yao nationality's village regulations and non-governmental agreements with state statutes. |
