| 摘 要： | 历史民族志既是历史人类学的表述形式也是历史人类学的方法论。《皇帝与祖宗》一书是历史人类学在华南研究的整体性实践，研究方法上体现了结构与过程、共时性与历时性的统一。不仅呈现了华南宗族的历史主体性，同时具有区域研究的价值。

State and Lineage in South China, which can be referred to as a holistic practice of historical anthropology, properly integrates structure and process as well as synchrony and diachrony. This book is of great value to regional anthropological research, and it also attaches great importance to the historical subjectivism of lineages in South China. |
