| Abstract: | Economic development in minority regions in the Qing-Zang plateau sh ouldn't copy the patterns in the East but develop its own advantages to improve fundamental construction and adjustment of industrial structure rapidly, stress on exploitation of special conducts, develop small towns,enforce ecological prot ection and take a way of sustained development. |
