古代官吏的职业道德规范——官箴

笔者认为古代诸多官箴书所载之官箴实质上是中国古代官吏职业道德规范的一种表现形式。古代官箴主要有三个方面的内容,一是修身齐家,二是待人接物,三是尽心公职。其道德取向则是以儒家思想为基础。在古代社会中,官箴曾发挥过一定的积极作用。今人如能批判地继承这一文化遗产,必将有利于社会主义的精神文明建设,有益于社会的健康发展。

A good many admonitions written in the ancient admonitory books are the professional moral norm for the Chinese ancient bureaucracy in essential.Generally speaking,there are three major ideas exist in those admonitions the first is about the responsibility for one to fulfill his duty.The moral tropism in those admonitions is based on the Confucianism and had played an active role on the ancient society to some extend.If we can inherit this cultural legacy,it will be advantageous for the construction of mental civilization and the healthy development of our society.
