哈贝马斯技术批判理论探析

哈贝马斯把科学技术纳入到交往合理化的框架中来建构技术批判理论。他把社会看做系统和生活世界的双层结构模式,认为晚期资本主义社会表征的是目的行动合理性和片面的社会合理化,技术自身的控制性会导致整个现代社会的生活世界殖民化。对于技术问题的解决,必须在技术进步和社会生活实践之间建立一种辩证互动的民主对话机制,也就是通过政治的对话和公众舆论在技术与民主之间进行合理地讨论和对话。一方面,启发社会的政治人物纠正仅仅满足集团利益的行为方式;另一方面,合理的控制和发展科学技术。只有这样,才能消解当今社会的技术统治现象。

On the Habermas's Theory Of Technological Criticism

Habermas constituted his view of philosophy of technology by putting the technology into the frame of communication rationality.Habermas viewed the society as the double-layer structure pattern.He pointed out that the later period of capitalistic society displays tool rationality and unilateral society rationality.Technology's control can make the life world of modern society colonized.For the solution of technological problem,we can resolve the problem only by a democratic conversation system with dialectical interaction between the progress of technology and the social life practice,namely,by the political dialogs and consensus between technology and democracy.On the one hand,the dialog make the social political man correct their irrational manners which only satify their own will;on the other hand,rationally control and develop science and technology.Only by this way can we resolve the problem of domination of technology.
