甘肃人口城镇化问题研究

城市化水平是衡量一个国家或地区经济发展状况的重要指标。一个国家或地区城市化可达到的水平,既受经济发展水平的影响,又受自然条件、地理区位、人口、资源和历史文化等诸多因素的制约。因此,认识城市化的发展规律和特点,制定切实可行的城市化发展对策具有十分重要的意义。甘肃作为中国西部经济欠发达省份,不仅城市化水平远远低于全国平均水平,而且城镇数量少、规模小,地区间发展不平衡。加强对甘肃人口城镇化问题的研究,掌握甘肃城市化发展的现状和存在的问题,制定科学的城市化发展对策,对推动全省城乡社会经济发展至关重要。

On the Issue of Population Urbanization in Gansu Province

Urbanization level is a very important index to measure economic development of a country or area.The urbanization level is determined by natural conditions,geological environment,population,resources,history and culture as well as economic development.Therefore,it is essential to understand rules and characteristics of urbanization development,and make practical development strategy.As an underdeveloped province in West China,Gansu is far below the average national level in terms of urbanization.Besides,there are also the following features: fewer townships,small scale and inequality among regions.The keys to promote social and economic development in Gansu are: strengthening study of population urbanization,having a clear idea of status quo and existing problems,making scientific strategy of urbanization development.
