19世纪末20世纪初的"黄祸论",实际上是列强为争夺世界霸权及瓜分中国而推行的一种"合纵联横"式的外交策略.列强鼓吹这一谬论的目的,或想缓解彼此关系,或想挑拨敌对国与他国之间的关系、恶化敌对国国际环境.为此,列强在"妖魔化"中国为"黄祸"的同时,甚至也相互攻击对方为"黄祸".

A discussion of "yellow peril" fallacy in the realm of international relations

In the late 19th century and early 20th century,the "yellow peril" fallacy is actually a diplomatic strategy of "vertical and horizontal integration",which those foreign powers fabricated and adopted in order to compete with each other for world hegemony and divide China for grabbing more shares.Those foreign powers had some other evil intentions for advocating the fallacy: either easing the tension between themselves or provoking a hostile relations among them or deteriorating the international environment of the hostile powers.So foreign powers demonized China as so-called yellow peril,at the same time,even attacked each other by the same means.
