全球化进程中的发展中国家社会发展的异步性

顺应由西方发达国家引导的新一轮经济全球化浪潮,发展中国家纷纷采取了外向型经济发展战略,以推动本国现代化的进程.由于缺乏现代化的积累,发展中国家在参与全球化竞争中,面临着大量的社会发展中的异步性问题.而且,有些异步性问题本身就是两难问题.实践中,发展中国家对待这类异步性问题有三种不同的思路放任的思路、平衡的思路和协调的思路.后者是解决这一种异步性问题的有效途径.

The Unbalance of Social Development in Developing Countries in the Process of Globalization

In order to promoting their own countries' modernization, many developing countries respond to the wave of the economic globalization which are introducing by the western developed countries with the economic strategy of the opened- door. Because they lack the accumulation of the modernization elements,developing countries are confronted with a lot of unbalanced problems of social development. Many of these unbalanced problems are in a dilemma. There are three thinking ways that developing countries treat the sort of unbalance:the way of absolute freedom,the way of balance and the way of coordination. The way of coordination, however, is only an effective way.
