| 摘 要： | 高创新能力大学生是大学校园中的一个特殊群体,是正处于创造性发展过程中的青年人。高创新能力大学生具有良好的意志品质、智能突出、自我意识强、工作态度认真、个性倾向鲜明等特点;其创新活动和成长成才主要受到学校环境、家庭环境、时代精神和重要人物等因素的影响。在此基础上,就如何培养高创造性大学生提出了相应建议。
