| 摘 要： | 本文根据新形势对"复合型"统计人才的要求,探讨了统计学专业培养目标的转变和课程内容的更新;从提高学生能力与素质的要求出发,阐述了统计学专业教学方法、考试内容、考试方式的改革.同时指出要培养高质量的人才,教师队伍素质的提高是个亟待解决的问题.
