| 摘 要： | 自我国高校开展后勤社会化改革以来,高校的物业管理走过了一条创新发展之路.高校物业服务内容从简单的零星维修到服务综合多样化,应该说,目前高校物业管理的改革是成功的.本文结合学校物业管理实际工作,对高校内物业管理在发展思路和模式上的转变进行了系统总结,同时,对继续提升高校物业管理水平也做了进一步的探讨.
