素质教育与班主任工作若干问题探讨

中小学要实现由应试教育向素质教育的转轨。教师的素质尤其是班主任的素质起着极为重要的作用。本文采用资料分析法、调查访问法、经验总结等方法，对班主任工作的思想观念、行为规范及其工作能力进行分析探讨，旨在提高班主任工作的能力和水平，以适应素质教育的要求。

Several Questions on Quality-oriented Education and Form Master Work

Primary and Secondary Education should transform from exam-oriented education to quality-oriented education. In the course of this transformation, the quality of teachers especially form masters, is very important. This article, by using methods of material analysis, observation and investigation, summing up experience, inquires into and analyses the guiding ideology, behaviour standard and working ability of form masters with a view to better the working ability of form masters, and to meet the demand quality-oriented education.
